hello,
here i show my tests and results with the mini pc Morefine M600 ryzen 6850u 32 GB.
I bought this as barebone. nvme is a crucial and the ram is crucial, too. dual-channel 2x16 GB (32 GB)

watt max for cpu is setting by bios.
fanspeed (force) in % ist set by bios.
max temp is set by bios.
Thats great - the combination of fanspeed (example 40% force) and max-temp (example 85°C) let setup the fan-sound and cpupower for the best combination.
the fan is very big for a mobile cpu ..... its cooling the cpu, the mainboard and the electronic of the other side from the mainboard (ram and nvme)
in my test, i use the combination 45%-fanspeed and 90°C max temp. The fan is hearable, but low. The 90°C is 15°C lower than the manufacturer's maximum CPU temperature (105°C). Additional note: the CPU temperature during testing was between 35°C and 50°C. In idle 21°C - 30°C.
The minipc consume 8-11 watt in idle.
notice: the max-freq of cpu is set-able and works. the min-freq works with some problems. the frequence jumps down to 400mhz-600mhz and gos up to the setting freq (example 2500 mhz) this is crazy and i have this only by amd-cpus.
Test environment:
Kubuntu 24.04 64-bit
Benchmark: Geekbench 6
CPU modification command: cpupower frequency-set
