Hm, what about a login button that runs away from the mouse?
Oh and also put the navbar position fixed center

then make the nav bar just slightly off center so when looking at it from a glance it looks fine but once you really look at it to use it its obvious, and also disable scrolling but make it so to scroll you have to manually drag the words up brining the page with it

then make it so that sometimes the page randomly telleports around so trying to read for a few seconds is hard without getting randomly thrown around the page

also when draging the words you must be pixel perfect to click them to drag them to make the screen scroll, and the letters are only a single pixel thin (not for high dpi high res monitors)
