Project Minki MK2 - Overengineering a Fursuit Head

Feedback is welcome but this primarily is for myself for future reference.This is going to be a running topic where I track my progress on my second revision fursuit head.
With that out of the way, here is my current rough design plan on which parts i want to include and roughly where they will be positioned:
The electronics will be on their own module that is inserted into the TPU base and secured through a clip-in mechanism. This allows for the head to be washed easily.
The fursuit head base that everything will be mounted to is one of the first parts I printed:
For cooling, a water loop is meant to be embedded into the rear part of the head which is sub-ambient cooled using a peltier module. For the front of the head, a fan is planned to add airflow.
Since my avali OC has blue and green accents that glow slightly, I will be embedding electroluminescent wire in those parts of the faux fur to add this slight glow in dark environments:
The radar module I chose is a 10 GHz mmWave generic one from AliExpress which outputs its data over UART and tracks the trajectory of the 8 closest people according to the datasheet. This will be used for collision avoidance, showing a warning in the HUD when someones trajectory intersects mine in a way that will result in a collision if I keep my speed and direction.
